VelvetSky allows customers to return any product within 7 days of delivery. This policy applies to all eligible products bought through our platform. Customers must submit a return request within the specified period to qualify for a pickup or exchange. Returns made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Customers who receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product can raise a return request within 7 days of purchase. Once the request is approved, a pickup will be arranged at your location. After the product is inspected and verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated. Evidence such as photos may be required for quick resolution.
If the customer feels the product does not meet expectations, VelvetSky provides the option to return it within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition for the return to be approved. Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
Product images on the website are for representation purposes only. Color, texture, and appearance may vary due to lighting conditions, camera quality, or display settings. Such differences do not qualify as product defects and will not be treated as incorrect product delivery.
VelvetSky does not provide warranty services directly. For any warranty, repair, or service-related concerns, customers must contact the product manufacturer or authorized service center. VelvetSky may assist in guiding the customer, but we do not hold responsibility or liability for warranty approvals, delays, or manufacturer decisions.
To process a return successfully, the product must include its original box, labels, tags, manuals, and any included accessories. If the packaging is damaged or missing, VelvetSky reserves the right to reject the return request. This ensures safe transport and allows quality checks during inspection.
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse or inspection partner, it undergoes a quality check. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. The refund timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
Due to hygiene, safety, or shelf-life restrictions, certain items may be marked as non-returnable (such as perishable goods, opened consumables, or personal care products). Such items will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Returns for these items will not be accepted unless they arrive damaged.
